ALR's Second Ride

Post 157 ALR's had their second ride on April 29th. The ride was moved to Sun from Sat April 28th. due to weather. The ride went to Baer's Harley Davidson in Honesdale and then onto Rohman's in Shohola for lunch. About 12 rider's went on the ride. This week there is the Wounded Warrior Ride at the Newton VFW on Sat.May 5th. Members of the ALR Post 157 are encouraged to attend. The next ALR meeting will be on May 14th @ 7pm - American Legion Post 157.

Vietnam Rememberance

The Vietnam Remembrance was a good turn out. The food and music was great. Thanks to all the Volunteers....John S., Cindy Y. and RENO , Camouflage and all whom I failed to mention.Here are a few pics.

Fundraiser for Jill Wilson........

The Fundraiser for Jill Wilson on Sat. March 24th was nothing short of being fantastic. The community came out with Jill's friends and family to support her and this event.The music and food was plentiful ! Here are some pics from the event........

American Legion Riders

 

 
American Legion Post 157 Branchville has applied for a charter membership of the American Legion Riders. The process has already been put into motion and we have signed 26 charter members. The next meeting will be on  Monday May 14, 2012, 7:00 pm. Individuals who are members of the American Legion, Son of the American Legion and the Ladies Auxiliary who own and ride a motorcycle are encouraged to join. Details about joining.......rules, regulation, dues, displacement requirement can be addressed to John Sedlock (President) at the post (973) 948-4550. If you are interested come and ride with us!
